Which bed is lighter: aluminum or wooden?

The weight difference in favor of the aluminum bed is about 1 kg. The aluminum bed weighs about 10 kg (with accessories: headrest, front armrest, and two side armrests, the weight is about 13 kg). The wooden bed weighs about 11 kg (with accessories: headrest, front armrest, and two side armrests, the weight is about 14 kg).

I didn't receive all the products I ordered, what happened?

Typically, each product included in an order is shipped as a separate package. Unfortunately, the entire order doesn't always reach the recipient on the same day – it all depends on the courier company and their logistics. There have been cases where two packages from the same order were delivered by two couriers. Some products, due to their size, are shipped in multiple packages – for example, a 2-in-1 lamp takes up as many as three packages.

Can I receive a VAT invoice?

Of course, we issue VAT invoices. The purchase document will be included in the shipment along with the purchased goods.

I did not receive a receipt/invoice

We send your purchase documents via email to the address you provided when placing your order. Emails with attachments may sometimes end up in your spam folder, so check your spam folder. Emails are sent automatically, but if you don't receive your proof of purchase, please contact us at kontakt@i-cc.pl or by phone at 600 160 147 .

When can I count on free shipping?

We offer free shipping on Studio Bay products. Detailed information on delivery terms can be found in the Download the Withdrawal Form (PDF) .

I received a damaged product

Before accepting a parcel from the courier, always check for any damage during transport. If the box shows any signs of external damage, you can refuse to accept the parcel and contact us by email at kontakt@i-cc.pl (it's worth mentioning in the subject line that the parcel was damaged during transport).
After acknowledging receipt of the package, we recommend opening the package in the courier's presence. If any damage is found during shipping, please complete a damage report and ask the courier to sign it. This document will form the basis for any subsequent complaints. If a report is not possible, please take detailed photos of the damage and send them to us electronically.

Can I exchange the purchased product for another one?

Yes. In this case, the procedure is identical to that for returning goods, with the buyer responsible for shipping costs. If the second item is more expensive, we ask for an additional fee; if it's cheaper, we'll refund the difference. We'll ship the second item after receiving the returned item.

How much time do I have to return a product?

For retail orders, you have up to 30 days from the date of purchase to return your purchase (this period is counted from the date your receipt/invoice is issued). You can read more about returns and complaints HERE .

Can I count on a discount when making larger purchases?

Yes, but to calculate the discount value we need to know the amount of potential purchases (it is best to send an e-mail with a potential list of desired products to kontakt@i-cc.pl ).
