I. INDICATION OF THE ITEM COVERED BY THE WARRANTY

These warranty rules apply to cosmetic lamps of the Veluxa and i-coucou brands sold by AMH SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Zajęcza 15, 00-351 Warsaw, registered in the District Court for the capital city of Warsaw in Warsaw, 12th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under the KRS number: 0001032030, NIP: 5252953630, REGON: 52511993800000, BDO: 000626043 (hereinafter referred to as the Guarantor) via the online store belonging to the Guarantor, i.e. www.i-cc.pl, excluding cosmetic lamps of the above-mentioned brands sold via the OUTLET tab (hereinafter referred to as the Product/goods).

The aim of the Door-to-Door guarantee is to ensure efficient complaint handling by:

  1. Receipt of the defective Product by the Guarantor,
  2. Simultaneously providing the Customer with a replacement lamp for the duration of the complaint review and possible repair,
  3. Collection of the replacement lamp after the warranty process is completed and the repaired Product is returned,

so that the customer has a functional product throughout the warranty procedure.

II. WARRANTY CONDITIONS

  1. The guarantor of quality is AMH SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Zajęcza 15, 00-351 Warsaw, registered in the District Court for the capital city of Warsaw in Warsaw, 12th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under the KRS number: 0001032030, NIP: 5252953630, REGON: 52511993800000, BDO: 000626043;
  2. The warranty is granted only for cosmetic lamps indicated in point I of these warranty rules sold in the territory of the Republic of Poland through the Guarantor's online store operated under the domain www.i-cc.pl , with the proviso that the warranty covers only lamps purchased after July 1, 2025;
  3. The Guarantee can be used by both consumers and entrepreneurs;
  4. The warranty covers only those Products that are accompanied by a warranty card;
  5. The guarantor is liable for defects in the sold item:
  1. for physical defects of the lamps indicated in the document – ​​within a period of 12 months, counted from the date of conclusion of the sales contract (i.e. the date of purchase of the Product).

III. GUARANTEE CLAIMS HANDLING PROCEDURE

  1. Warranty claims can be submitted in any way, however – in order to speed up the procedure – the Guarantor recommends submitting claims:
    1. in writing to the address of the Guarantor's registered office, i.e. ul. Wejherowska 5D, 84-100 Puck, with the note "Guarantee";
    2. in document form, via e-mail to kontakt@i-cc.pl ;
    3. by phone: +48 600 160 147;
    4. via the contact form available in the online store.
  2. Each complaint must include:
    1. Customer's name and surname;
    2. description of the product defect;
    3. date and circumstances of noticing the defect;
    4. indication of the date of purchase;
    5. Customer contact details.
  3. A scan of the proof of purchase must be attached to the application.
  4. The Guarantor recommends attaching photographic or recording documentation.
  5. The guarantor undertakes to collect the product at his own expense within 5 days.
  6. On the day of collection, the customer will receive a replacement lamp.
  7. The customer undertakes to pack the product in a manner that protects it against damage.
  8. It is possible to transfer only part of the product if this is technically possible.
  9. The guarantor will respond to the notification within 14 business days of receiving the product.
  10. Defects will be rectified within 14 working days or the product will be replaced.
  11. After completing the process, the Guarantor will set a date for collection of the replacement lamp and return of the repaired product.
  12. The customer must return the replacement lamp in undamaged condition.
  13. In the event of failure to return or damage to the replacement lamp, the Guarantor may charge the Customer for its value.

IV. REFUSAL TO RECOGNIZE A COMPLAINT

The Guarantor refuses to accept the complaint, among others, in the following cases:

  1. Using things contrary to their intended purpose,
  2. Damage caused by the Customer or third parties,
  3. Defects resulting from normal wear and tear,
  4. No proof of purchase,
  5. Delivery of an incomplete item,
  6. Defects other than those of materials or workmanship,
  7. Damage due to improper maintenance,
  8. Products from the Outlet tab,
  9. Interference with the product by unauthorized persons.

V. DEFECTS THAT ARE NOT COVERED BY THE QUALITY WARRANTY

The quality guarantee does not cover defects:

  1. Possible to determine at the time of purchase,
  2. Caused by use other than intended,
  3. Caused by lack of care,
  4. Caused by the fault of the Customer or third parties,
  5. Occurring as a result of force majeure,
  6. Caused by an attempt to repair it yourself,
  7. Being mechanical damage.

VI. FINAL PROVISIONS

Whenever this document refers to the Customer, this term should be interpreted in accordance with the Online Store Regulations.

The guarantor undertakes to remove the defect or replace the product with a new one within 14 days of receipt of the complained product.

In the case of a product discontinued from production, the Guarantor may refund the sales price.

The warranty does not affect the rights arising from non-conformity of the goods with the contract.
