# RETURN OF GOODS

Not satisfied with the products you ordered? No problem, our store allows you to withdraw from the contract within 30 days. If you are an Entrepreneur – Consumer within the meaning of the Terms and Conditions – you can also withdraw from the contract.

How to make a return in a few simple steps?

  1. You have 30 days to notify us of your withdrawal from the contract, i.e. your wish to return the purchased products.
  2. You can send us information about your wish to return purchased products in any way you choose, e.g.:
    • in writing to the company address: AMH sp. z o. o., ul. Wejherowska 5D, 84-100 Puck, Poland;
    • in electronic form to the following address: kontakt@i-cc.pl ;
    • or by phone at: +48 600 160 147
  3. Within 14 days of informing us of your return, please send the returned goods at your expense to the following address:

Please include a returns form with your package. For example, you can fill out this Returns Form . Remember to package the item securely to prevent damage during shipping. We'd appreciate it if you used the original product protection.

IMPORTANT!!!
We do not accept returns sent via Poczta Polska or cash on delivery!

  1. We will refund your money within 14 days of your cancellation. We may withhold the refund until we receive the product back from you or proof that you have sent it back.
  2. Products sold in sealed packaging are non-returnable if unsealed by the customer. We may also refuse a return if it turns out that the product's properties were not affected.
  3. Remember to pack your goods securely to prevent damage during transport. We'd appreciate it if you used the original product protection.

How to make a complaint in our store?

A complaint may be submitted by the Customer, for example:
